This is gross, but stinkin hilarious, so I'll share.... or at least I think it is funny.
We (as in our circle of friends) have a slight addiction to Guitar Hero.... So, we gathered at some friends house a couple weeks ago to have dinner and play.
The friends have a brand new baby Avery... I scooped her up as soon as we got there, and since her mom nurses her and she will not take a bottle from her I got to feed her.....
I know nothing funny about all that, it just sets the stage for my next "Alex moment"
He had put on a show the entire night but was getting tired. He was sitting over in a chair and starts walking towards me in a somewhat panic stricken voice saying....
Mommy, Is this blood?
I had the baby and couldn't really see what he was talking about so I had him come closer.... as he was walking I asked what it was, he said he didn't know. I asked where it came from and he said he didn't know....
Just about that time, I get a good look.... Alex.... did that come from your nose?
Alex: Yep....
Me: Well, that would be a booger, and the reason there is blood on it is because you probably scratched your nose while picking it.....
GROSS! I could have crawled under the couch.... fortunately the friends were understanding and just directed Alex to the sink to wash his hands.

Ok, I have to tell you I completely cracked up just now because I was reading this and thought it said you were "feeding" the baby...as in, whipping out the you know what. I died laughing when I realized what a dork I was. Just had to share!
